Your desk is on its way, Eleanor.

Thank you for commissioning us. Your No.4 writing desk was wrapped, waxed and loaded at our Bath workshop this morning. It travels by our own two-person white-glove team — not a parcel network — and we will call you an hour before we arrive.

07700 900 123 · Signature required. Please keep packaging for 7 days.

ON THE DAY

Two people, one hour’s notice.

We carry to the room of your choice, level the desk, fit the brass cable tidy and take every scrap of packaging away. If stairs or parking will be tricky, update your delivery notes.

YOUR GUARANTEE

30 years, in writing.

Every joint is guaranteed for three decades. Smoked oak deepens with light — wax twice a year with the enclosed cloth. Read the smoked-oak care guide.
