A unified, stroke-driven SVG symbol system authored for coastal weather, hydrodynamics, and offshore buoy telemetry. One strict geometry grid holding organic fluids, calibrated sea-station machinery, and operational UI controls in identical optical weight.
Surface gravity wave train. Sinuous double bezier with horizontal balance and natural trough-to-crest ratio.

Master canvas is 24×24px with a 2px boundary margin establishing a 20×20px live area. No mark ever clips at the boundary. Terminals and caps sit comfortably inside the safe bounds, leaving stroke breathing space.
A circle and a square of the same nominal dimensions do not share the same visual volume. Circular forms (barometer, moon) expand to the full Ø20px keyline; rectangular and mechanical forms remain constrained to 17–18px to maintain equivalent mass.
Zero trace algorithms. Every curve uses minimum control anchors: waves are drawn with single cubic or quadratic spans; joints join precisely at integer or half-pixel coordinates to guarantee zero anti-aliasing fuzz on standard density displays.
